At Orgo Lanka, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to help with a simple and fair return process.
Return Eligibility
Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- Seals, labels, and protective packaging are intact
- The product is not damaged due to misuse
- Perishable or consumable items (once opened) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
Note: Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable unless defective.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email once the refund is processed
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item was defective or incorrect)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund
- We cover return shipping in such cases
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details
- Include your order number, product name, and reason for return
- We’ll provide return instructions and address
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship it back to us (we recommend using a tracked service)
