How do I place an order?

You can order directly via WhatsApp (fastest), email, or through our website contact forms. Simply let us know the product name/code and quantity — we’ll guide you through payment and delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, cash on delivery (within Sri Lanka where available), and other secure methods shared during ordering. International customers typically use bank transfer.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Within Sri Lanka: 1–7 business days depending on location. International: 7–30 days. Full details in our Shipping Policy.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free delivery on all orders above Rs. 5,000 within Sri Lanka. Below that, a flat Rs. 400 fee applies nationwide.

Can I return or exchange a product?
